We recently expanded our global footprint in Bangalore, India, and we’re excited to welcome more associates to our growing team! Our new Bangalore office has more than 300 associates across 30+ business functions, including Analytics and Reporting, Data Engineering, Risk Management, Technology and many more!
Our Operations team is the largest in the organization, and spans across several departments and sites. Teams include Enterprise Services (Project Management, Delivery, and Quality), Workforce Management, Maintenance, Security, Credit Processing Centers, and our consumer-facing Care Center associates, leaders, and support roles.
Whether through the development of revolutionary branded marketing and loyalty programs, data-driven marketing and loyalty solutions, or growing and cultivating client relationships, Marketing and Client Partnerships work cohesively to drive success for Alliance Data and our brand partners.
The Predictive Analytics team is responsible for generating data-driven insights to support private label and/or co-brand credit card marketing programs. This is achieved by building sophisticated models to address business problems via advanced quantitative analysis and modeling such as regression, segmentation, decision tree, time series, design of experiments, and other multivariate analyses.
Alliance Data’s IT team focuses on three distinct areas: governance, security, and application development/infrastructure. Responsibilities range from managing critical business processes to ensuring that we have the necessary information security system protocols in place and running smoothly.
This essential group is responsible for the development and application of our organization’s risk strategy, as well as portfolio risk management across our product lines. From analytics to vendor relations to underwriting and account management, the teams oversee a risk-based compliance program that enables the organization to meet our business objectives, protect our assets and cardmembers alike, and maintain the integrity of our banks.
ICE gave me the opportunity to immerge myself in Marketing and learn the credit industry without the stress of having it all together initially. I was able to learn, cultivate relationships and enhance my skills during my one year initial career experience. It was great having my cohort through this process as well, as we were able to use each other as a resource and grow together in our roles.

The summer internship program and ICE program at Alliance Data gave me the tools to grow in my profession and academic goals. I am so thankful for the opportunities I was given as an intern and as an ICE participant to better understand how technology is used in a successful Fortune 100 company with such an amazing culture. With the mentorship and guidance I received from my managers, coworkers, and fellow interns, I have been able to advance my career into my desired position while utilizing technology and computer programming to enhance the abilities of the company. I look forward to the many future chances I will have to help further my career with the skills and dexterity I am given here at Alliance Data.

“I joined Alliance Data because I was looking for growth opportunities. Over 6 years, I’ve rotated across various functions in the business and I am using our tuition assistance program to complete my Bachelor’s degree. All of this knowledge and exposure has given me an edge, as now my career path could go in numerous directions.”
Jason Finneran
Sr. Analyst, Alliance Data
"I couldn’t have asked for a better summer internship experience. I didn’t anticipate building such close relationships with my team members, and I think that speaks volumes to Alliance Data’s unique culture. My experience on the Account Team in Client Partnerships was great – I had exposure to many different areas of the business, and I had the chance to take ownership on real and impactful tasks that directly contributed to the success of my team. I’ll walk away from these 12 weeks a much more well-rounded person, both professionally and personally."

It’s been a great journey so far, and I’m excited for what’s next."

"Part of our culture is promoting, protecting and improving the lives and health of children. Due to a very rare genetic condition my son spends a lot of time at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. I can say as a parent I appreciate the support that Alliance Data provides to NCH and at the same time I am honored to work for a company that truly stands behind our beliefs."
Mark Lawrence
Director of Adaptive Control, Alliance Data
"The ICE program was the perfect transition from college into the working world—it helped us to learn the business, experience different teams, and develop as working professionals. I was given so many opportunities to learn from the best, give back to the community, and, have fun! The social experience was one of my favorite aspects of ICE—coming into a new, unfamiliar world with a group of people in the same shoes made all of the difference."
Karly Medich
2017 ICE participant
Lead Cons, Global Analytics
"Throughout my ICE experience, I met, learned from, and became great friends with my coworkers here at Alliance Data. I had the opportunity to learn about Alliance Data’s values, the financial drivers that impact our business, and how to successfully launch myself into a career right outside of college – all within the first 6 months. I truly appreciate the ICE program and the knowledge and network I gained from it."
